Authorize Mayor and Finance Officer to Sign Agreement Concerning Voluntary Annexation and Transfer of Water System Between Countryside Homeowners Association, Inc. and City of Rapid City |

Summary: |

|
Countryside Homeowners Association, Inc. is initiating a voluntary annexation petition concerning all of the properties within Countryside subdivision and one parcel that is adjacent to the subdivision. This agreement obligates the City to annex the property if a proper petition is made and to make improvements to the water system within the annexed area over the next four years. Countryside Homeowners Association agrees to contribute $250,000 to the cost of those improvements, and the remainder of the cost of the improvements will be assessed to property owners in the annexed area according to the terms of the agreement. |
